Fixed Term - Full Time (6 months)
We are looking for a strong administrator to provide administration support to the busy HR Department. This role will involve carrying out a range of administration duties across all areas of HR. The demands placed on the HR team are high; this role would therefore suit someone who is interested in getting involved and learning about all aspects of HR in a changeable fast pace environment. We are looking for a strong team player; however, the ability to work autonomously is essential.
The role will include assisting with the migration of data from excel spreadsheets to the new HR database through data entry and analysis. Experience of working with excel and databases is therefore essential. A high proportion of this role will involve contact with existing and prospective employees regarding identification, qualifications and general HR administration, a keen eye for detail is a must. The post holder will be expected to administer various HR processes aligned to the needs of the team.
The successful candidate will need a minimum of one years’ administration experience, a Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in numeracy and literacy and at least intermediate working knowledge of all Microsoft packages. Excellent customer service skills, administration, organisational and communication skills are a pre-requisite of this role, as is the ability to be sensitive and maintain confidentiality. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task is also a must. Previous experience of working in a Human Resources function would be advantageous.
This role is full-time, working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday for a six month period.
