Holywell Park is recruiting for RGN Nurses, to join our friendly, busy care home, in Kent. Caring for unto 50 service users in beautiful Kent countryside. We have a number of opportunities for both day and night nurses offering day or night schedules.
A Holywell Park nurses responsibilities will include:-
Administration of medication
Daily communication with GP services
Completion of care Plan and communicating them to the team
Completion of all nurse daily records
Ensuring a comprehensive handover of care is completed daily.
If you have excellent clinical and care standards, with a professional nursing approach, strong communication skills both verbal and written.
You will need to have a highly motivated manner, good organisation and the ability to prioritise. All relevant nursing qualification and up to date pin with post qualification experience and the correct right to work in the UK without any restrictions.
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, committed and self motivated experienced nurses to join our team.
