We are very excited to now be recruiting for an” EXPERIENCED Assistant Store Manager” who has worked for a “Well Known High Street Branded Coffee Shop”.

Are you passionate about Training and development of staff, thrive on supporting and nurturing staff so they become the best of the best whilst you lead by example? Then this is the role for you!

It is essential to have previous experience within a Well Known High Street Branded organization along with previous experience in managing and supervising a team, as you will be ensuring your team provide high quality food and drink in a clean, safe and highly welcoming environment.

This role is a great way to develop leadership skills and expand your responsibility and push forward your already strong management career in hospitality!

All about the role

Assistant Store Managers inspire their customers internally and externally while developing your management skills, this will be your journey to running a highly successful store on their own. You will support the managing of a Profit and Loss, create schedules, leading a team of all levels and nurturing talented staff.

***Please note this roles is on a rolling shift basis, therefore the days do change each week. You will work on average 40 hours per week (with additional hours during busy periods and holiday cover) flexibility is a must as you will be required to work on a 24 hour rota 5 out of 7 days per week***
