Gomez is one of the largest produce companies in the UK and is based in Bridge, Nr Canterbury. We supply produce to major supermarkets, wholesale and non-multiple retailers. We’re looking for an experienced finance professional to join our small but busy team as an Assistant Management Accountant on a fixed term contract for 4 months starting immediately to cover Maternity Leave with the possibility of a contract extension.
This role is key to delivering an efficient and timely finance service to the business. Liaising directly with external suppliers and internal departments and responsible for a wide range of accounting and invoicing tasks, the Assistant Management Accountant ensures that accounts are fully and appropriately managed and that salient, accurate and timely information is presented to the management team, enabling them to make effective commercial decisions.
If you have a passion for finance, are highly organised and have the ability to reprioritise a changing workload, then we would love you to get in touch. ACCA part or full qualification is desirable but not essential.
