We are looking to recruit a hard working and reliable kitchen assistant for our modern pie making factory in Borough Green, Kent. This is a full time position. This role has varied duties and you would be working on a weekly rota in different sections of our kitchen. We are seeking hard working applicants who can work within a team environment.
The main duties would be:
• General sweeping, cleaning, sanitising and mopping etc
• Hand pot washing and use of commercial dishwasher
• Handling deliveries, packing & moving stock
• Generally keeping the kitchen and overall building clean and tidy
• Preparing vegetables and meat
• Assisting with the making of the pastry and pies
Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 4.00pm.
You should have had some experience within a food based business such as a commercial kitchen, restaurant, hotel etc. Free parking onsite and we are also near a mainline train station.
