We are currently looking for a Human Resources Officer to join the team.

You will be a great communicator and someone with a flair for working in a fast paced and challenging environment. You will be driven by a need to deliver excellent customer service by providing appropriate and pragmatic advice to our employees and working as part of a busy HR team.

This role is based at our Folkestone office but would also be required to multi-site across all three of our sites so a full driving licence is essential.

You will partner with managers and employees from our busy contact centres working on a range of HR activities including:
• Providing recruitment support to managers ensuring that we develop a recruitment journey and engage with our candidates at all stages.
• Conduct and document Investigations, Disciplinaries and Grievances in line with Company Policy and play a key role in the resolution of issues.
• Pro-active and consistent absence management for both long and short term absences.
• Offer guidance to Managers on how to comply with legislation and escalation of issues where appropriate.
• Assist with training our Managers through formal training and coaching.


The ideal candidate will have HR experience, part or fully CIPD qualified would also be an advantage.
