SMC Ford in Sittingbourne are looking for an experienced Telephonist / Receptionist to work within their Ford dealership in Crown Quay Lane.
Duties will include answering the dealership's switchboard, meeting and greeting customer and general administration. The ideal candidate must be professional in their approach to work, confident, well presented, possess good interpersonal skills, have previous experience and be passionate about delivering a world class customer service.
The hours of work are 19 hours per week on a 3 week shift rota consisting of morning and afternoon shifts from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm and 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Flexibility to cover holiday and sickness absence is essential for this role.
Benefits include 18 days' holiday, company contributory pension scheme and a staff and family discount scheme.
