We are currently seeking a Sous Chef for a high level Boutique Hotel in the Thanet area, where you will be joining an established brigade of seven.
Candidates applying must work well as part of a small team, have a proven background of working within a fast-paced kitchen and, supporting the Head Chef, have a flexible approach to their work. You will need to control menu costing and have proven experience of working to a high-standard using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
You will have have at least 2 years' rosette experience and be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, ideally you will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
Working hours may involve split shifts.
