My client a well-known Estate Agency is looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their vibrant team. As the Sales Negotiator for this progressive firm you will have a competitive and ambitious nature with a confident and professional approach. You will be target driven with the ability to not only exceed your own targets but also inspire others to exceed their own. The ideal candidate will have Estate Agency experience however candidates from a sales background are also considered. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9-5 plus every other Saturday 9-4.

Person specification:

You will be confident dealing with people on a face to face basis and over the phone (so excellent people skills and telephone manor is required)

You will be well presented and an excellent ambassador of the company

You will have knowledge of the Thanet area

Computer Literate

You must have a full clean UK driving licence

Duties:

You will provide exceptionable customer service to people looking to rent a property. This will involve registering their details enabling the lettings team to match them to their perfect home. You will be meeting people from all walks of life so an adaptable approach is sometimes needed. Keeping in contact with your property seekers is essential and therefore a lot of telephone work is required. All records of meetings, conversations and viewings are recorded on the company’s database.
