We are currently looking for an experienced Resource Planner Analyst to join the Travel Division and be responsible for the ownership for an effective and reliable headcount model which is used as the basis for FTE planning and recruitment activity.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a reliable call forecasting model in conjunction with the marketing and trading businesses and be the central communications point for planning of all off the phone activity i.e. training, team meetings, FAM trips, coaching etc.

The successful candidate will be required to produce and take ownership of all contact centre operational service MI – service levels, productivity, adherence and sickness and absence. Analysis of performance data to identify trends in call arrival patterns and performance which may then need to be reflected in planning models.
You’ll need to be numerate, organised and have first-rate communication and team working skills along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
