We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations Executive to join our Customer Relations team within our Travel business.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated team who continuously work to resolve our customers’ concerns in a sympathetic and efficient manner. You’ll be fully trained in resolving complaints from logging, investigating and responding to our customers via telephone or in writing. You’ll be integral to delivering a quality service to all of our customers.
If you have excellent time management, customer service experience, a great telephone manner and someone who is highly motivated we want to hear from you!
Letter writing experience would be an advantage while customer services experience is essential.
