An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our North Kent based client as the HR Manager on an Interim basis of 3 months.
In this role you will manage a team of four and work alongside the Manufacturing Manager for the site which boasts approximately 300 employees – both blue and white collar
Responsibilities:
* Overall provision for Human Resources and Training
* Contribute to the strategic vision and culture transformation of the site
* Leadership and coaching of a team of four including Training and Occupational Health
* Strategy Deployment – Set the People Agenda including Organisation design and development, People development and Training and Communication amongst others
* Member of the Senior Leadership team share focus for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Strategy Deployment in addition to other leadership responsibilities
* Employee relations will be a significant part of the role working with union and staff representatives to support companies successful philosophy of ‘Partnering to Grow Trust’.
You will be:
* High potential capability looking to progress and grow their career.
* A passion for adding strategic value to directly contribute to business results
* CIPD qualified or equivalent HR professional qualification
* Have excellent proven interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels
* Be innovative, confident and passionate
* Have exceptional strategy and leadership skills
* Have previous experience of leading a successful team
* Experience of working in a manufacturing and or unionised environment would be highly advantageous
