Connect2Kent are looking for a full time Admin Assistant to work in Thanet across the district.
Job description
• Reporting to the Local Project Delivery Manager
• Update and maintain Family List spreadsheet, taking responsibility for accurately entering data, drawing off reports and addressing any gaps and inaccuracies.
• Gathering basic information from databases and from colleagues & partner agencies by phone and email in order to assist in allocating resource to identified families.
• Liaising with our team of analysts to ensure that processes are being followed accurately, the list is kept up to date and responding quickly to requests for information
• Assisting in managing his/her diary and appointments
• Arranging meetings
• Co-ordinating invitations and arrangements for training sessions and events
• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
• Any other duties in line with the role deemed appropriate.
Person Specification.
• High levels of experience in using Excel
• Experience of using databases would be an advantage
• Experience of data inputting
• High level of personal organisation skills
• Experience of handling and managing data effectively – keeping spreadsheets up to date / checking for accuracy etc
• Data analysis experience
• High levels of personal motivation
• Good interpersonal skills
• Willingness to complete an enhanced CRB check
• Able to work effectively and quickly
• Able to use own initiative
