Working alongside our HR Administration team, you’ll provide support and assistance in all areas of administration. The HR Administration team work with all areas of the business and all locations so we’re looking for someone who will be able to complete large volumes of work accurately and efficiently.
Your main duties will consist of filing, photocopying, scanning of documents to our HR database as well as organising the archiving of documents. As well as this you’ll also be responsible for managing the HR email inboxes and calendars. Other ad hoc duties will be required so the ability to be flexible is essential.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in administration.
Skills and Experience
• Previous experience of general administration work would be an advantage
• You’ll be competent using computer systems, with experience in using Microsoft Office packages
• You’ll be educated to GCSE Level (or equivalent) in English and Maths with good written and numeric skills
• Your organisation skills must be second to none, coupled with the ability to adapt to a fast changing working environment
• You’ll be able to prioritise your own workload and incorporate change and shifting priorities at short notice
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential in this role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you’ll be dealing with all employees across all locations
• You’ll be an excellent team player
