Vanquis Bank is an exciting and innovative credit card provider who is part of a leading FTSE 250 Financial Group. With highly ambitious plans for future growth.

Providing a professional HR administration service to the business we’re looking for someone with dedication, a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail to join the HR team. Working from the Chatham office, along with the rest of the admin team, you’ll ensure that the HR administration processes and practices are carried out to the highest of standards.

Supporting employees across the whole of the business the administration team are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of the MyHR system, administering all new starters and leavers, acting as a first point of contact for all enquiries into HR as well as the collation of all payroll documentation.

This is a busy and demanding role requiring large volumes of work to be completed accurately and to strict deadlines.

This would be a great opportunity for someone with previous administration experience who is looking to further their career at Vanquis Bank.

Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 1 year’s administration experience in a busy and demanding role is essential
• You must have previous experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive information
• You’ll be educated to GCSE Level (or equivalent) in English and Maths with good written and numeric skills
• Your organisation skills must be second to none, coupled with the ability to adapt to a fast changing working environment
• You’ll be able to prioritise your own workload and incorporate change and shifting priorities at short notice
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential in this role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you’ll be dealing with all employees across all locations
• Although primarily based in our Chatham office, this role requires you to be able to work in both our London and Bradford offices once every six weeks
