West Design Products is a rapidly expanding, yet family owned, company that has recently been awarded runner up in the fastest growing company in Kent award, having doubled in size over the last few years.
Recent developments have seen various exclusive distribution agreements of well known brands granted to WDP due to continuing success in supplying customers on a quick and reliable basis.
WDP are looking for a strong sales candidate (experience of the industry is preferable but not essential) to maintain excellent customer focus and increase sales across the geographical area assigned to the role. A successful candidate who performs well will be rewarded accordingly under the West Design bonus scheme. The job is based largely on the road (car provided) and due to the area covered, will suit someone based in the home counties.
This role will report to a national sales manager but the applicant will be used to using their initiative and working with minimal supervision in order to maximise revenue streams across the business by finding new opportunities and maintaining relationship with existing customers. The customer base is made up of independent retailers or small chains of shops and the applicant should have experience in selling to these types of companies/ individuals.
