A new project has arisen for candidates with a great telephone manner, who enjoy speaking to a variety of people. Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00, Full training will be given.
A great opportunity for people that enjoy the flexibility of temporary working in a straight forward environment!
Candidates simply need the following;
To be enthusiastic with a highly professional telephone manner
Able to type at a reasonable speed with high levels of accuracy
Good understanding of customer service
Able to learn quickly and take direction
To have a good work ethic (time keeping, dedication and attendance)
This is NOT a sales role and you are NOT expected to work to unrealistic targets.
Working in a call centre environment, flexibility needed possibly for changing campaigns and shift patterns.
Hourly wage is National Minimum wage age related + Holiday pay
Parking nearby or on site on a first come first basis, this is within a short walk from the train station.
