C2S are currently recruiting for a Day Care Manager for our client who provides support to adults with learning disabilities based in Canterbury. The client is looking for a candidate who is able to show the relevant competences obtained from a similar role within the care sector and working with learning disabilities.
The right candidate would need to hold a NVQ Level 4 or the registered manager’s award, be able to show previous experience of managing the day to day tasks of a service, including the management of staff and the services budget.
