We are now recruiting care workers for Maidstone, Coxheath, Yalding, Wateringbury, East and West Malling and other surrounding areas.

Xtracare Ltd is an independent family owned and operated company based in Aylesford. We provide services for people of all ages and with varying needs of Care and Support. We are looking for people to join our team to provide the very best service we can.

Must be able to drive with the use of own car.

Experience is not necessary as a full training programme including induction training will be provided.

* Full and part time positions (minimum 16 Hours) Guaranteed Hours and Fixed shifts available.

* Must be able to work alternate weekends (time off during the week).

* Wages start at £7.75 P/H after probationary period WITH NO EXPERIENCE

* Wages start at £8.00 P/H if you already hold an NVQ2 or equivalent in Care (must have certificate)

* Mileage payments

* 28 days paid holiday, pro-rata

* All uniforms and other protective items supplied

* Continued in house training provided and an opportunity to take advanced NCFE training certificates in various aspects of care.

* Employment subject to Proof of Eligibility to Work in the UK, Enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
