Jump IT Recruitment has an on-going supply of permanent IT roles and needs your help to supply our long standing clients that use Jump IT on an exclusive basis in many cases!
Limited new business development, the role will purely focus on delivering quality staff to quality companies.
This is not a pushy sales roles but we offer and provide a consultative approach to recruitment.
Use of phone will be essential so you must be comfortable speaking to technical people professionally. Training will be provided on technical skills but the key thing is being able to extract the relevant information to a wide variety of roles.
This would suit someone looking for more of a work life balance but utilising your extensive recruitment delivery skills. Would easily suit a high street recruiter seeking a new challenge and opportunity to earn a good salary.
