Title: Part Time Finance Assistant.
Salary £8.00/hr - £8.50/hr DOE
(3 days a week) Mon, Wed & Friday

About the Job
Your responsibilities will include:
• Management of our client accounting system and processing payments for rent, deposits and various fees and commissions
• Processing rental payments to Landlords and producing Landlord statements
• Managing contractor accounts and processing payment of invoices from Landlord’s float account
• Bank and supplier statement reconciliations
• Credit control duties – chasing overdue rental payments and commissions
• Finance administration

• Have a proven track record within an accounts role including experience with invoicing, processing payments, and credit control
• Possess strong administration and organisational skills – able to multi-task
• Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• Be articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills – this job involves liaising with tenants, landlords and suppliers
• Have good IT skills including knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and accounting packages
Candidates with the following experience will be given priority in the recruitment process:
• experience of financial management in an estate agency, lettings, or property business would be an advantage
• Have previous experience in working for a letting agent or estate agent
• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Have experience of using a property management software package or similar CRM.
