Passionate about Food
Good knowledge of local Seasonal food
Able to prepare a range of dishes to a high standard
Talented and eager and desire to Learn
At least two years experience and wish to further your skills
Can work on your own or as part of a team
An ability to stay carm under pressure
Smart and presentable
Own transport as rural based
We have a great reputation and specialise in Lunches, Afternoon teas and Events.
We are not open evenings unless running an event, Wedding or function, thus this is a unique opportunity. for a good Chef.
Good pay negotiable, plus tips
We are not open Christmas or New Year.
