An established multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy based in South East London require a freelance MEP Revit Technician to join their busy internal M&E Design department. Offering a wide scope of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services they have a history of successful projects in most market sectors, including Public Sector, Healthcare, Education, Commercial Retail, Leisure and High-end Residential.

The successful applicant will be assisting the CAD Manager in the production of 3D coordinated models on predominantly residential project using Revit MEP and will also be required to produce schematic and detailed 2D CAD drawings in accordance company processes and procedures.

You will be working on projects involving Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services so experience in these areas will be necessary. You must be proficient in the use of Revit MEP / AutoCAD. You will be liaising with other technicians and engineers so strong communication skills are necessary.

You must be able to work in the UK without restriction and you must hold a valid UK Driving License.
