Sales Administrator / Sales Support
Chatham Clearance and Transport is a freight forwarding and logistics provider. We have over 30 years experience operating in this sector and we are looking to expand our sales team based at Rochester. We are now looking for a candidate who understands customer service and who can act as administrator for our growing sales team
Candidate profile.
Good administrator and good organisational skills.
Experienced in customer service.
Aware of sales cycle.
You must have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work on your own initiative.
Customer Service oriented and determined to exceed customers expectations.
Duties.
To quote all new shipping inquiries in timely fashion and under time pressure.
To complete all admin tasks associated with support of both external sales and telesales team members.
Deal with customer queries.
Act as cover when required within the team.
Hours 8.00am to 5.00 pm
Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
Pension after qualifying.
20 Days holiday
