This is a varied role. The successful applicant will assist the Admin Manager with the preparation of the monthly payroll, daily/monthly revenue figures, daily cash reconciliation, bank reconciliations, membership standing order reconciliations and other accounting and admin duties
A good working knowledge of Sage payroll, Sage Accounts, Word, Excel and Outlook would be an advantage. Due to the nature of this position it is crucial to maintain confidentialities and attention to detail at all times. Strong communication skills and good written and numeric skills are also required
Eastwell Manor is an independent, family owned Four Star country house hotel set in 62 acres of grounds in the middle of a 3,000 acre estate. The manor has 23 bedrooms and 19 mews cottages. The hotel facilities include the Manor AA 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant and private function rooms. Eastwell Pavilion includes a state of the art leisure centre, `Dreams` beauty salon, conference facilities and a Restaurant and Bar.
