Adult Enterprise Manager
• Pay Point 12 (£10.46 per hour) - 14 (£11.53 per hour) dependant on experience
• 40 hours a week worked flexibly
• Full year with 33 days paid holiday including bank holidays

The post holder will lead the Creative Adults Project Team to deliver high quality services to the people we support. These include volunteers and adults who are d/Deaf or have Communication and learning difficulties who may have additional disabilities from both the Trust and the local community. The role will support the development of initiatives that will encourage Adults to participate in positive and fulfilling work opportunities including the Creative Adults Project, work experience opportunities and volunteering opportunities. The post holder will lead the strategic direction and enterprise of the area and will develop initiatives and partnerships that will enhance relations with local business and the community.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and management skills and experience, a working knowledge of current issues in relation to deafness / disability work experience and voluntary work, and ideally a qualification to level 3 or equivalent. An organised approach to administration and meeting deadlines is important, experience of budget creation and financial management is essential. A full driving licence and access to transport is required as the role will involve travel in the local area in order to build up community support, partnerships and contacts.
