Office Angels Maidstone is looking for a Bookkeeper and Invoice Administrator for a local company to the area.
It is vital you have Bookkeeping experience and advantageous if you can speak Romanian. This will be a busy role; not only taking on Bookkeeping responsibilities, but will also be responsible for the administrative function.
You will be working with the Romanian arm of the business, conversing directly with those in Romania both verbally and written.
Duties will include:
Balancing accounts
Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
Completing VAT returns
Preparing invoices
Checking company bank statements
Preparing cash flow statements
Dealing with financial paperwork and filing.
Adhoc administrative responsibilities.
You will be working with a small, quiet office (which is going through refurbishment). An individual who can work on their own initiative, has good common sense and the ability to highlight problems/ discrepancies in pay, and ensure these are effectively resolved would suit this role.
