Recruitment Manager

Salary: up to £45,000 per annum, plus uncapped incentive package

Having established a successful Commercial Recruitment team we are looking for an individual who can take the team to the next level. A solid foundation has been built and opportunities exist to expand the geographic spread of the team and drive revenue growth in our existing markets of business support, engineering, construction and education. We support a number of framework contracts which have potential to provide a steady and increasing income stream and we also have a wide client base within Kent and the surrounding area. The team are experienced in both permanent and temporary recruitment and we aim to increase our exposure in both of these market segments

The individual who we are looking for will have experience of growing a team and nurturing existing talent to build on success and create a team that establishes our brand as a market leader, both in our existing geographic location and in others across London and the South East. The individual will be experienced in both permanent and temporary recruitment and have the entrepreneurial skills to identify opportunities and achieve results in both market segments. We have the building blocks in place but this role represents an exciting opportunity for someone to make their own mark and use their talents as a leader within the commercial recruitment market to make a recognisable difference to our staff, our candidates and our customers.

In return we offer an excellent benefits package including a non-contributory pension scheme and 25 days leave per annum. We also offer a high base line salary (£45,000) and an industry leading uncapped incentive package. Realistic earnings in year 1 are in excess of £80,000 and in year 2 in excess of £90,000.
