Dunlop BTL Ltd is a UK manufacturer and international distributor of Bearings, Power Transmission and Motion Transfer Linkages. We produce items for some of the world’s most prestigious and well-known brands such as Bentley Motors, New Holland Tractors, JCB and John Deere.

Due to continued expansion we now require an experienced CNC lathe setter/programmer to join our busy production department. You will have experience in a production environment, experience in using sliding head machines would be an advantage, be used to working to high levels of accuracy and productivity and have a good understanding of quality management systems and procedures such as ISO9001 & ISO14001.

Specific work within the role:
• CNC Programming (FANUC) CMZ & HAAS
• CNC Setting (Full set ups + offsets etc)
• Finishing (Hand deburring, linishing and polishing etc)
• Inspection (Inspection to 1st off level)
Specific skill set:
• Excellent accuracy & attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Team player that leads by example
• An organised approach & excellent time management
• Self-motivated

The successful applicant would be joining a very friendly team working 8.00am to 5.30pm, 28 days annual leave entitlement per annum including all bank holidays. Company contributory Pension scheme. Pay is negotiable depending upon experience.
