We are currently seeking a number of Account Managers to work within the Collections Team for our client, an instalment loan organisation. The purpose of this role is to assist customers who have fallen into arrears by liaising with them by phone, email and text to help bring their loan back on track
You will be required to deliver a high level of customer service while demonstrating strong negotiation skills. You will be joining a successful and hard working team that will allow you to develop your knowledge within the financial services.
Within this post you will be required to treat each customer with the up most customer service skills, treating them as an individual rather than just a targeted number. You must be a natural at building relationships and analysing information as you will need to get to the core of the customers financial problems, ensuring they leave the conversation feeling happy with the service they have received.
Candidates will not need to come from a collections background, but must be confident in taking inbound calls and making high volume outbound calls. You must be target driven with strong negotiation skills and the ability to remain calm and professional at all times. There is a very generous commission structure in place and successful candidates will be looking at a realistic OTE of £31k.
Shifts:
Monday - Friday
7:45am - 3:45pm Early
12:00pm - 8:00pm Late
Alternate Saturdays 9:00am - 3:00pm
