Working as part of a multi-disciplined maintenance team, you will need to have good all-round experience in building repair and maintenance, with some electrical knowledge. Plumbing and additional decorating skills, a formal qualification in the above disciplines would be an advantage, working 40 hours per week you will need to be flexible in your approach, and be available to work any five days in seven with occasional overtime.
4 weeks annual paid leave rising to 5 weeks, plus bank holidays, uniform is supplied Remuneration circa £19,600 excellent working conditions.
