We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for a restaurant and six to eight members of staff.
We are recruiting for a client who runs a desirable four star establishment in Tunbridge Wells. This is an opportunity for someone who has fine dining experience and is looking for a standards driven role. The successful applicant needs to be passionate and driven and able to lead a team to deliver the high standard of dining demanded.
Currently working as a Restaurant Manager, or with previous experience, you will be a hands-on candidate who leads from the front. Furthermore, attention to detail will be pivotal to the role, as well as being a capable trainer and team builder in your work.
