RSFL are currently recruiting for 2 roles with an established manufacturing company in rural Ashford.
The purpose of the role is assist the production with the final completion/assembly and dispatching of the products.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an energetic approach and have a good working knowledge of a busy manufacturing environment. Including the ability to comprehend written instruction.
Excellent planning & organisational skills, ability & initiative to take on extra work that may arise, strong decision making with ability to resolve any issues that arise are required.
These roles is currently being offered on a temporary to permanent basis with every possibility of advancing in to a team leader’s role for 1 successful candidate.
This position is full time Monday to Friday 8am – 1730 with every other Saturday Morning 7am – 11pm.
Your own transport is essential due to the location of work.
