We are currently looking to recruit Outbound Sales Operators to work on behalf of a leading automotive publication, offering impartial guidance and advice on new vehicles, assisting customers in their search for a new car.

You will be required to upsell test drives, brochures and have the ability to proactively promote our fantastic finance service. You will have a daily target which you should be striving to achieve and full training will be provided.

• Hourly rate - £7.00 p.h
• Working Hours – Monday to Friday between 09:00-19:00
Two Saturdays per month (10:00 – 15:00).
• Bonus scheme – eligible after 1 month probation trial.

Essential skills/experience
• Experience of successfully working in a targeted contact centre
• Previous sales experience.
• Excellent listening and rapport building skills.
• Superb data entry skills.
• Ability to work to realistically strong personal and team targets.
• Experience with automatic diallers and data capture systems.
• Ability to adapt to a quick changing environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and committed approach.
• Ability to remain calm in difficult situations.

Desirable
• Creative and proactive approach to problem solving.
• Quick learner, positive attitude, friendly and easily approachable.
• Experience working with Call Centre related systems.
• Previous experience working within the Automotive Industry.
• Keen interest in cars.
