While some knowledge of the travel business would be ideal, it’s certainly not essential. What matters is that you combine first-rate communication and organisational skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office. An excellent telephone manner is also important, as well as a strong attention to detail. Languages, especially Italian and Spanish, would be beneficial but are certainly not essential.

The job itself will see you carry out a wide range of tasks to make sure that we deliver outstanding holiday products from conception to sale and then departure. That will include liaising with colleagues and suppliers, administering contracts, managing documentation, requesting stock, checking itineraries and resolving operational situations as they occur.
