We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious person to work in our Toyota Showroom at the weekend.

This key function in the showroom environment has many similarities to those of an Air Steward/
Stewardess or Hotel Receptionist.

Your experience must include telephone reception, meeting and greeting customers, and general
administration including basic computer skills. You must also be able to communicate well at all levels, think on your feet, exceed customer expectations and be of smart appearance.


Applicants requirements:
• You must have previous experience as a Host or Receptionist.
• You must have experience operating a switchboard
• You must have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• You must be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
• You must be pin smart, presentable and have a welcoming smile!
• Live no more than 30 minutes from TN2 3UY

Key Objectives:
• To meet and greet visitors entering the showroom and assist them with their enquires
• To manage the showroom and customer area’s to provide a relaxed and pleasant experience for visitors
• To encourage potential customers to explore and buy Toyota products and services
• To provide refreshments for visitors
• To help ensure every customer has a pleasant customer experience
• To operate the showroom switchboard, answering incoming calls promptly and politely
• To provide general administration support for Sales and Aftersales departments

Pay & Benefits:
Salary starting from £6.50 per hour (experience dependant)

4 weeks holiday per year

Working Times:
Saturday 8.00am to 6.00pm and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm during summer and 10.00am to 5.00pm during winter.
