Strode Park Foundation is a charity based in Herne Bay, Canterbury and Rainham. It is fully CQC complaint and has an excellent reputation. It provides residential and community services to adults and children with complex disabilities.
Would you like to support people with physical disabilities to live independently in their own homes?
You may already be experienced; if not you will receive all necessary training. We also offer the opportunity to further you career through additional recognized training such as a Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Good communication skills, own transport and mobile phone are essential for the position.
We operate a shift pattern for all Care Staff which allows our staff to work around personal commitments, the shifts are allocated within the specified times on a rolling two week rota:
Week one: Early shifts 7am – 2pm
Week two: Late shifts 2pm – 10pm
We are looking to recruit carers working guaranteed hours between 16, 20 and 35hour per week within Herne Bay, Whitstable and Canterbury areas.
We offer hourly rates of pay from £6.76per hour to £8.76per hour.
Mileage allowance paid @ 23p per mile.
