You will be responsible for developing and improving all aspects of the HR function including:-
policy production, employment law, training and development, employee relations, appraisals and disciplinaries, recruitment, payroll and special HR Projects
You will need to be a multitasker, organised and driven to instigate positive change by working closely with Managers within the organisation.
Because of the rural location, you will need your own transport, however if you're ready for a role where you can really make a difference and would love to work for a worth charity ... this could be the role you've been waiting for!
