This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced audit senior to join this boutique West Kent firm as an Audit Supervisor. Founded in 1990, this firm has built an enviable client base and is particularly strong in the following industry sectors:-

Role:-
The role requires you to: after a portfolio of clients ranging from SME to large international clients. Key responsibilities will include

• Managing the client portfolio
• Scheduling client work and meeting deadlines
• Planning, managing and completing audits
• Finalising clients accounts
• Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns
• Working with and supporting the partners on project work and tax investigations.
• Undertaking ad hoc work as necessary.

Person specification:-

A successful candidate will possess the following attributes

• Two years UK PQE to include audit planning & completion.
• General practice experience in the UK.
• Supervisory experience to deal with work scheduling.
• Ability to deal with a portfolio of clients.
• Tax working knowledge of VAT corporation tax and personal tax.
• Be an ACA or ACCA and with a strong academic background.
• Demonstrate strong exposure to audit.
• Have very good accounts finalisation experience for self-employed LLPs & companies.
• Be thoroughly experienced in accounts and tax software, ideally Excel, IRIS and Quick Books.

• Hands on self-starter.
