This is a temp to perm role reporting to the Senior Group HR Officer of a long established company based in West Kent. You will be minimum CPP accredited and have experience of handling high volumes recruitment administration.
We are looking for at least 3 years in a similar role working in construction, manufacturing or large industry sectors across multi-sites. You will be competent in producing contracts, handling absenteeism data and taking up references. Other duties include arranging, attending and minuting meetings, maintaining databases, agency liaison and other related general HR administrative duties. For the right candidate the role could progress into a permanent HR Coordinator position.
