This is an amazing opportunity to work for a local charity as the HR Manager. The Charities head office is in Wadhurst where you will be mainly based but they also have sites in Hastings and London. You will be required to travel between the 3 sites as required.
Using your HR generalist experience you will be in charge of Recruitment, Case Management, Employee Relations, Process, Procedure and Planning looking after a team of 80 staff across the charity.
This role would either suit someone already working at HR Manager OR someone who is looking for there first HR management role.
Being CIPD Qualified is preferred however not essential.
