We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team to provide a professional, efficient and effective Human Resources service to all levels of staff within the College.
If you would like to take your skills and experience in HR further, this is the ideal opportunity.
In this varied post, you will take responsibility for a range of duties across our HR department. These will include answering enquiries made via the HR helpdesk, new starter and leaver administration, variations to contracts, recruitment administration, entering and maintaining staff-related information on our database, dealing with applications for work placements and assisting the HR Business Advisors as required.
Ideally with a CPP qualification, you will hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths. You must have previous office experience in a HR department and good IT skills. A sharp eye for detail is important, coupled with the flexibility and initiative to handle a demanding workload. Last, but not least, you should have the personality to function well as part of our busy team.
