Fantastic opportunity for an established and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant with opportunity to grow and develop within a National Recruitment Agency, specialising in providing temporary labour to the Agricultural, Horticultural, Industrial and Driving sectors.

Recently featured in the 2015 FAST50 at no. 34, and 4th in the Industrial sector, Pro-Force is an expanding company looking for a dedicated, sales-focused Senior Consultant to drive the business forward in the Kent area.

The position is target orientated and performance related, offers opportunity to grow and develop within a fast paced team environment, with a 100% focus on sales, growth and promoting the Pro-Force brand. The desk is warm and the role will be focusing on increasing new sales and generating revenue, offering an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious recruiter working within the security of an established agency that can offer a strong platform for success.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong track record within in the Industrial – Temp sector
• Proven experience in recruitment sales including identification of markets, generating prospects / leads using a range of sources in order to achieve targets and grow business revenue
• Account management skills and the ability to build professional relationships
• Ability to manage own workload, prioritise and organise
