Our client a leading business within their sector are currently seeking an IT Customer Service Advisor to join the team.
As the customer service advisor you will be resonsible for providing first class, helpdesk style, customer support and service to your client base. This will include providing support and advice to clients for all queries and ensure the highest levels of customer service are adhered too.
To be considered for this role you must have worked in a customer service environment, have a genuine interest in IT & Technology, have excellent customer service skills and be highly motivated and enthusiastic.
You will have a confident personality with strong communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to part of a progressive business who can offer genuine career opportunities within the IT sector
