Health Advisors
Start date Tuesday 5th May 2015
The training hours are full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for a 4 week period.
Our client is looking for Health Advisors who are required to work as part of a team to provide an effective and timely communication link with the Public and Health Care Professionals in receiving telephone calls for urgent and non-urgent healthcare needs.
This post is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis with a minimum of 24 hours a week primarily working evenings and weekends.
You will be the first point of contact and therefore play a vital role to callers who require medical assistance.
Excellent communication and keyboard skills are essential together with the ability to work under pressure, whilst dealing with callers who may be in a distressed state.
Applicants will be required to complete an on-line skills assessment which will include call handing, copy typing and basic literacy.
Successful candidates will be subject to a Criminal Records Bureau check.
Due to the location and hours transport would be essential.
