Creative Adults Project Assistant – Production
• Pay Point 4.5 (£7.43) – 5.5 (£7.77) dependant on experience
• 20 hours a week worked flexibly
• Full year with 33 days paid holiday pro rata including bank holidays

The post holder will be responsible for the running of sessions for the Creative Adults Project, reporting to the Creative Adults Project Co-ordinator.

They will be expected to create an environment where adults with learning difficulties can thrive and enhance their skills and experience whilst meeting customer demand requirements within the production room. Further, finished goods will be produced by the adults, which can then be sold to support the funding of the CAP unit. The post holder will have financial targets for the relevant CAP unit, and will manage a combination of clients and volunteers ensuring that all customers orders are fulfilled.

Experience of working in a production environment is key, as is a keen interest in production with related skills. Engineering qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential.
