RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKERS - Margate Site Adult Services
• 40 hours per week worked flexibly over a 7 day rota
• Full Year and Term Time positions available
• Pay point 4.5 (£7.43 per hour) – 5.5 (£7.77 per hour)
• College and ROAD residences – adults.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the wellbeing and security of the young adults, following individual education and care plans, undertaking key worker responsibilities as required, personal care, administration of medication and maintaining accurate records. Sleep in and escort duties will be required as part of a rota.

A Diploma / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent - or to be working towards will be required. An appreciation of difficulties faced by deaf young people and adults with additional needs is essential along with a commitment to safeguarding. The ability to work flexibly according to the needs of the service is important. Full details of the requirements are outlined within the job specification.
