Basic Wage of £20K per year, plus uncapped commission with potential OTE earnings of £39K

We’re looking to add a sales superstar to our team. We’re a small team that offers the IT support industry innovative on demand training and conferencing products, so you’ll have a direct impact on the business that you’ll be able to see it day to day. This is what you should expect from the job:

• Close to complete autonomy over your work and deciding the best way to carry it out as you will be crafting how the job is done and breaking new ground every day.
• You’ll be targeting and cultivating your own leads
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Deliver results that exceed monthly revenue targets
• Attend selected industry conferences and events to engage with the target audience
• Maintain contact with key accounts and partners to identify opportunities to develop new opportunities

Requirements
• At least 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue goals
• You should be results-oriented, entrepreneurial and a team player who is ready to grow their career with an innovative company.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic who thrives in a “do-it-yourself” environment
• Excellent communications skills
• Experience within the ITSM industry, event/conferencing sales or training and education sales would be a huge plus.
