An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pro-active individual to provide administration and coordination support on a fixed term basis with the Teach First South East team.
Teach First is one of the UK’s leading education charities. We work with schools, corporate organisations and social enterprises to break the link between low family income and poor educational attainment.
As Events Programme Coordinator, you’ll be involved right from the start, from managing event logistics to coordinating and analysing feedback. You’ll support with the planning and delivery of a range of events for Teach First participants (trainee teachers) in the South East region. If you have a flare for communications then you’ll love posting events and items of interest on our blog and compiling regular updates to participants and stakeholders.
We’re looking for strong organisation skills – someone who will keep our databases up-to-date and has the drive to ensure complex administrative tasks are delivered to the highest standard. Experience of working in a fast-paced team is essential. Above all, you’ll need the passion and commitment for what Teach First aims to achieve.
We’re looking for someone who is available to start immediately and can work with us until October. Interviews will take place on an ongoing basis and we strongly advise early applications.
