With a big investor market from London with value for money properties, we are looking to add to our very busy estate agency sales teams.

Our Estate Agents are a fundamental part of the branch operation and we are looking for talent to complement our already winning team.
As an Estate Agent with us you ideally will have some sales experience which will also be enhanced by our award winning training from the start.
Key responsibilities as an Estate Agent for Ward & Partners will encourage you to be part of the whole buying and selling process with clients. In turn we offer you competitive salaries, on target earnings of £25,000 in year one, excellent commission and a fantastic career structure for you to develop and grow with us.
Estate Agents working for Ward & Partners are required to have a full UK driving license and be able to work a five day week including a Saturday.
We are the largest independent Estate Agency based in the South East England operating under five different trading brands. We are hardworking, dedicated and, above all, passionate about what we do. We understand that our core business is all about customers and providing a first class and professional service. We cover all areas of the Estate Agency spectrum and we are always on the lookout for talented candidates including Branch Managers, Senior Negotiators / Property Valuers, Lettings including Property Management and CeMap qualified Mortgage Advisors.
